Daemon mode with RPC server

@bezoerb You mentioned you plan to rewrite critical. It would be great if we had a critical daemon which keeps an open browser instance so we don't have to spawn new instances all the time. Communication with the daemon can happen over TCP using something like https://www.npmjs.com/package/node-json-rpc. Maybe restart the browser instance every 50 requests, to avoid big memory leaks.
