Scrolling values continuation | Infinite values

Hello,

I am pretty satisfied with the picker. There are some recommendations if you find the time. I would like to request a feature to make the scroller continue scrolling if I open it from a phone browser and scroll fast. And also maybe adding infinite values would be nice (for hours like 24,0,1,2,3 .. current time .. 23,24,0,1,2).

Start by locating the picker component's scrolling behavior and reproduce rapid scrolling in a phone browser. Clarify whether continuation and infinite or wrapping values are both required, especially for sequences such as hours. Done means the intended behavior is defined and verified for fast scrolling and repeated value ranges.
