PCB generator: add support for reversible switch footprints

Start in the PCB generator portion of the TypeScript code and find where switch footprint data is defined and emitted. Follow the flow to any tests or fixtures for PCB output generation, then add or update coverage for reversible switch footprints. Run the relevant generator test/build path afterwards and call it done when reversible footprint support appears in output without breaking existing cases.
