Add RollRequest

The roll request will look something like this:

```
and roll
```rust
pub struct Roll {
pub roll MightStat,
pub roll_character Character,
}
```

so we need

- [x] a roll struct
- [x] a roll request
- [x] add the roll request to the queue
- [x] a method to take in the request for characters who need to roll that sends back the request in the queue
- [x] a method to resolve the request
- [ ] a modal to hold the character select for the roll by the owner
- [ ] a modal for the people to roll when submitting the queue.
