Render Markdown wrong

Really like the way the extension feel!

I have a markdown file that is correct according to all the rules. But when I resave it with this plugin it changes lots of things.

- MD030/list-marker-space: Spaces after list markers [Expected: 1; Actual: 3]markdownlint[MD030](https://github.com/DavidAnson/markdownlint/blob/v0.37.4/doc/md030.md)
- MD047/single-trailing-newline: Files should end with a single newline charactermarkdownlint[MD047](https://github.com/DavidAnson/markdownlint/blob/v0.37.4/doc/md047.md)

I also have - as bullets, but it saves them as *.

I am using the following, but the extension adds \ infront of both the block parenthesis.

It does not seem to render images correctly.
