"The active editor cannot provide outline information"

As a note-taker, it is extremely helpful to have vs-code's outline sidebar handy so that I can quickly jump to the section that I want to work in.

When using the plain text editor, outline information in the outline box is populated, but upon switching to the vscode-markdown-wysiwyg ediltor, the following message is shown where the outline should appear:

"The active editor cannot provide outline information"

Please consider adding outline support. This extension is fantastic.
