Add rolling window (e.g.: moving average) option

The idea here is to discuss how would something like a moving average be easily accomplished by users. That's a very popular statistics feature, so I imagine there's a demand for it.

I can work on implementing it, but as @adamerose said, it's important to discuss how to do something that can be used for other data transformation features as well.
