[SPARQL](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SPARQL) is an interesting component of the Semantic Web that could benefit from a concise tutorial.

Sadly, I'm no expert on it, but I thought I'd put this up in case somewhere else is more knowledgeable.

The issue names no target file, test, or entry point. Start by reviewing the repository's Markdown documentation conventions and the linked SPARQL overview; completion would require an agreed concise SPARQL tutorial in the appropriate documentation location.
