Description
[Wine](https://www.winehq.org/) is mainly a C project (with code that deviates via rare exceptions), and C is already available to learn on the site, however for younger/new developers who might have tried to learn C with the sole purpose of developing for Wine (due to it being the original goal), Wine's old code-base and potentially strict methodologies can make acclimating to becoming a Wine contributor difficult and I think that having a _**modern**_ resource to help facilitate that would be beneficial to these developers that want to enter this scene but are either overwhelmed and/or lost about how to approach it.

Research direction
The issue names no target file, test, or entry point. Start by reviewing the existing C learning material and the repository’s contribution expectations, then define the scope and structure of a modern Wine-development resource. Done means the resource is added in the project’s expected documentation format.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
