[Bug]: Renaming "Main" dashboard results in extra dashboard on mobile devices

### What happened?

I renamed the "Main" dashboard on the desktop to "Retirement Outlook", it works on desktop. When I go to reporting on my mobile device, the dashboard is still named "Main", and there is an empty "Retirement Outlook" dashboard at the end of the dropdown list. "Main" on mobile has the "Retirement Outlook" reports, as I would expect it to, the name of the dash is wrong.

### How can we reproduce the issue?

- Go to reporting on a desktop
- Rename the "Main" dashboard
- open the budget on a mobile device
- go to reporting
- hit the dropdown to change dashboards

Start in the reporting flow: rename Main on desktop, then open the budget on a mobile device and inspect the dashboard dropdown. Trace how the renamed dashboard and its reports are loaded, then verify that the original dashboard is renamed in place without an extra empty entry.
