[Bug]: #template schedule underfunds a category when schedule field "repeat every" is set to "days" or "weeks"

### What happened?

Relates to PR https://github.com/actualbudget/actual/pull/6610 which fixed bug https://github.com/actualbudget/actual/issues/6562

#template schedule underfunds a category when the schedule field "repeat every" is set to "days" or “weeks”.
When set to months, years or "Repeats" checkbox unchecked, calculations are correct eg no bug.

### How can we reproduce the issue?

Attached is a budget file that defines a single schedule:

Schedule: CELL
Amount: 500 by May 15th
Recurrence: repeat every 360 days
Starts: 01/01/2026 (so next occurrence in cycle is 05/15/2026)

Reproduce the issue with the attached budget and the #template schedule CELL setup, comparing repeat intervals in days or weeks with months, years, and an unchecked Repeats option. Read PR #6610 and issue #6562 first, then trace the schedule-template calculation; done means the category is funded correctly for all listed recurrence modes.
