During my work on the vertexing I noticed that the `trackWeight` of `TrackAtVertex` https://github.com/acts-project/acts/blob/main/Core/include/Acts/Vertexing/TrackAtVertex.hpp#L69 default of `1` is never being overwritten in the IVF. Not sure if this is intended but it seems very odd.
