Description
It looks like that the order of the tuple is a change in the case of Ubuntu OS which will cause an assert error.
```
AssertionError: assert ('val', 'train') == ('train', 'val')
```

Possible workaround:
Instead of a total compare, a partial compare like:
```python
assert 'train' in ['train', 'val']
assert 'val' in ['train', 'val']
```
