[FEATURE] Add support for CSV/Excel files to hub.auto

### If your feature will improve `HUB`

Enable support for direct parsing of multiple CSV/Excel files into one Hub dataset, using hub.auto. Will be possible once text support is finalized.

### Description of the possible solution

The directory of CSV files can be as follows:
dataset_folder:
- class_1_folder:
- file1.csv
- file2.csv
- class_2_folder:
- file3.csv
- file4.csv
A hub dataset can be created consolidating all the rows from these CSV files with an extra column denoting the class.
