###### Detailed Test Cases
- [ ] Clicking `add workshop` button triggers modal to appear
- [ ] Click submit without filling in workshop title & date should cause alert to appear
- [ ] Should not be able to decrement the number of workshop levels below 0
- [ ] Clicking `+` should add new workshop level
- [ ] Clicking `-` should remove workshop level
- [ ] Filling out workshop data and clicking submit should save and make it appear in dashboard
- [ ] Entering workshop description should cause a new modal to appear
- [ ] Adding in rich text should appropriately format the html text
- [ ] Updating any information should cause an alert prompting user to click submit
- [ ] Saved workshop should be accessible from the user side
