chore: Rename routes

### Work to do

Right now, the routes we have for auth are `meteormate.com/authentication`:
- `/createAccount`
- `/forgotPassword`
- `/newPassword`
- `/verifyEmail`
- `/verifyPassword`
I'd like to rename these routes to be kebab-case. Camel case isn't great for URLs, so we should get these changed. This applies to both the `/authentication` routes and the `/onboarding` routes, so be sure to adjust all of them **and test them fully**.

### Notes

This *should* be a rather simple task, as it's primarily just renaming files & making sure imports are refactored, but a mistake in this issue will break things very quickly, so be cautious.
