[Feature] Add link to documentation site

Add a link to the [documentation platform](https://docs.leadership.acmutd.co) somewhere on the Leadership website.

- [ ] Add button/link in ideal place to add button to documentation page
- [ ] Also add a link to the GitHub somewhere

No files or tests are named in this issue, so start by locating the shared site layout (header, footer, or nav) in the TypeScript frontend code. Add two links: one to https://docs.leadership.acmutd.co and one to the project’s GitHub page, in a consistent visible spot. Run the site build or local preview to confirm both links render and navigate correctly. Done when the website shows both links in the chosen UI location and the URLs resolve correctly.
