Feat - Toggle Dynamic Question Autofill

Not every question is required to be answered by the script. Some directors have suggested that the form assumes too much as opposed to Farhan's provided defaults. We can instead provide a toggle which will autofill the dynamic questions that pop up (and possibly add autofill answers for those values with a default selection when toggled on?, i.e. dropdown list will have a toggle at the bottom for the dynamic questions at the end of the form, when toggled on, an extended list of questions asked by the form will be provided, with the default answers pre-selected)
