Partial Matching on get professors by name and get grades by prof name endpoints

The get professors by name and get grades by prof name endpoints do not support partial matching. To get the api to return anything, you need to input the professor's exact full name or else nothing will return. Should add partial matching to allow for typos and stuff like that
