task: Figure out how to save money

Fade uploads fr, they're stupid. I'm full fading them for a bit until I can figure out a better option than middleware proxying them. Rn my biggest fr concern is the proxying/viewing of photos from drive via Vercel. I don't *really* think it's too big of a deal, but like video for sure are a no go, keepin a serverless worker up long enough to stream a full (large ass) video is probably no bueno. I dunno, for this issue maybe just block all video previews (bar thumbnail) and just say "here's the link to the video". I like, half-assedly started this, but it's not done.

No files or tests are referenced in the issue. Start by locating the Drive media proxy/upload path and the media preview rendering path in the app, especially where file type is checked for videos. Reproduce the flow with a Drive-hosted video and confirm current behavior, then implement the change so full video previews are blocked and only a thumbnail plus link is shown. Done when no full-stream serverless video playback is attempted for those items and normal media preview flow is still intact for other files.
