Scrolling rendering issues with certain unicode characters & emojis

Some unicode characters and emojis, when scrolling these characters and rendered on the next / previous line.

Start by reproducing the behavior shown in the linked videos: scrolling content with emojis/unicode misrenders, while plain text works. The issue names no files or tests, so first find the scrolling/rendering path in the Nimbus client. Done means unicode characters and emojis scroll without appearing on the previous or next line.
