Description

Adding a taskbar to the top of the site to have the site look more like a OS.
Ideally having workspaces on the left that help the user keep track of the workspace or track they are currently in and also allowing them to switch between tracks using this.
The centre would have the time and date.
Feel free to use your imagination for the right side of the taskbar.

This is the taskbar of the dms on niri and can be used as reference.

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by inspecting the existing page layout and workspace or track navigation, then determine where the taskbar belongs; done means a top taskbar supports workspace switching, shows the time and date in the center, and has a coherent right-side area matching the requested OS-like presentation.
