Add a file uploader

### Describe the feature to be enhanced
The code only accepts one file in a static manner via the code.

### Tasks
It should be a **part of the GUI** where a user can send the file which the code must view.

### Expected behaviour post enhancement
The user must be allowed to enter their own personal file.
