Implement sliders for the homepage

## Issue details

1) The task is to add two sliders very similar to the udemy homepage.
2) The first slider will be the current courses the user is enrolled in and the progress. Each card will display the course image (mock images for now), course title and progress (as a progress bar). Again, refer to the udemy homepage for inspiration. In case th user is not enrolled add an animated/static component to tell the user to buy their first course.
3) The second slider will be cards of the latest updated courses, each card needs to have the course image, title, price and average rating (both stars and numbers). Use starabilitycss or shadcn for the star ratings.

Start by finding the homepage implementation in the Next.js frontend and reviewing the existing course card or UI component patterns. The issue asks for two homepage sliders: enrolled courses with progress and latest updated courses with image, title, price, and star rating. Done means both sliders render with mock images/data where needed and handle the no-enrollment empty state.
