Feature Request: Support for myaddr.tools

The issue only requests support for myaddr.tools and only links to an external URL, so no concrete file or test is provided. First, locate where existing challenge/DNS providers are registered in acme.sh and inspect a similar provider implementation for required variables and API call flow. Then add myaddr.tools support following that pattern and update any related documentation/configuration. Done when the service appears as supported and a challenge flow can be run successfully with it, with existing checks passing if available.
