`Revise` is a runtime dependency

`Project.toml` lists `Revise` in `[deps]`:

Revise = "295af30f-e4ad-537b-8983-00126c2a3abe"
```

`Revise` is a development tool. As a runtime dependency it means every user of `MultiData` installs
and precompiles it, and it joins the resolution problem for anyone combining this package with others.

It normally lives in `[extras]` with a `test` target, or simply in the developer's own environment.

### What would close it

Moving it out of `[deps]`. If something in the package genuinely calls into `Revise` at runtime I have
missed it, and I would be glad to be corrected.
