Readme generation doesn't work with some sub components of FormElement

The readme generation doesn't appear to work with the `Fieldset`, `Layout`, `LayoutLeftCol, `LayoutRightCol` sub components of the FormElement so this needs to be investigated and fixed.

The issue only names the failing `FormElement` subcomponents and references PR #774. Start by checking that PR and the repository’s README/docs generation entrypoint to see where subcomponents are discovered for output. Then run the project README-generation command/script and inspect FormElement docs output; done means `Fieldset`, `Layout`, `LayoutLeftCol`, and `LayoutRightCol` are included correctly.
