DataTable not always rendering correct height, shows vertical scrollbar even though under maxHeight

On the Data change story
Click "Add Item" button three times
Then click "Save"
The DataTable with InfiniteLoader renders with a vertical scrollbar even though it is below the maxHeight value

Reproduce the issue in the `Data change` story by clicking Add Item three times, then Save. Locate the DataTable + InfiniteLoader story entry and trace it to the DataTable implementation and related style files where maxHeight/overflow are defined. Read those files first, then run the project’s DataTable/InfiniteLoader-related checks or tests if available. Done when the story consistently renders without a vertical scrollbar when content is below maxHeight.
