Currently, the `lineno` dependency requires an additional call to `pdflatex`, so a full build is...
```console
$ pdflatex ...
$ bibtex ...
$ pdflatex ...
$ pdflatex ...
$ pdflatex ...
```
...otherwise the line numbers are misplaced because of citation insertions. It would be nice to advertise this a little more loudly.
