Option to associate an entire venue with a SIG?

Many of the SIG pages are out of date in their volume listings. This includes SIGs that run an annual workshop or workshops: ANN (LAW), DAT (EMNLP), LEX (*SEM, SemEval, MWE), NLL (CoNLL), TYP (SIGTYP). The workshop *venue* pages are up to date, just not the SIG pages.

Could we simply mark a venue as fully within the purview of a SIG? Then the list of volumes for the SIG could be inferred automatically (or even replaced with a link to the venue page).

We shouldn't remove the option to associate individual volumes, as SIG/venue relationships can change over time (e.g. I believe SIGSEM cosponsored some but not all instances of *SEM).

Start by locating the SIG page rendering path and the current SIG-to-volume mapping data used by it. Inspect how venue metadata and SIG-volume links are modeled so a venue-wide SIG flag can coexist with individual volume links. Then update the relevant mapping/template logic so SIG pages can infer complete venue volume lists, and validate by regenerating SIG pages (including ANN, DAT, LEX, NLL, TYP) to confirm volume listings are updated.
