Create page for ACL fellows

This is a good idea. At minimum, we list each fellow, along with
- year of induction
- photo (in standard 3x4 size or something)
- link to author page
- maybe career history? (maybe this is too much)
- major co-authors (I guess this is already on the author page)

We should also do this for lifetime achievement awards, and link to their talks (often post-published in CL)
