描述
Our current architecture allows for papers to have attachments, which are files that we host. But we have discontinued accepting attachments in proceedings.
Sometimes authors want to add a resource URL to their abstract post hoc. We could give them the option to provide a link e.g. to a GitHub page with the resource, and display it as a button on the paper page. Maybe we should only allow links to GitHub repos—I don't think we want to be pointing to arbitrary websites that may disappear in the future.

调研方向
No files or tests are named. Start by reading the existing attachment architecture and proceedings workflow, then determine where post-hoc author-provided resource links and paper-page buttons would belong. Done should include an agreed policy for allowed destinations and a clear end-to-end behavior for adding and displaying a resource link.
