Ingestion of Posters, Presentations to ACL Anthology Slideshare

Placing this on record.

We used to ingest both presentations and posters into the ACL Anthology Slideshare account for better visibility. Probably we should have a workflow adapted in for this set of work as well.

We could use this as a use case for a finer grained license #477 if that would work, although I don't think it quite aligns.

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. First clarify the proposed workflow, Slideshare account access, and whether license #477 applies; done would mean an agreed implementation path for ingesting presentations and posters.
