TACL papers presented at ACL 2020 don't have video links associated with them

#### Issue description

Papers from TACL that were presented at the virtual ACL 2020 don't have their SlidesLive video links attached. For example [here](https://www.aclweb.org/anthology/Q19-1019/) is a paper from TACL 2019 that was presented at ACL 2019 with the Vimeo video link. However, [my paper in TACL from 2019](https://www.aclweb.org/anthology/Q19-1035/) doesn't have my [ACL 2020 presentation](https://slideslive.com/38929485/decomposing-generalization-models-of-generic-habitual-and-episodic-statements) linked to it from Slideslive.

I don't think any other TACL papers (from 2019 or 2020) that may have been presented at ACL 2020 have their Slideslive links on the anthology, since the only video links I see in the TACL section are Vimeo video links. It would be really good to have the talk for the paper associated with it on the anthology (even though the talk is from a different venue).

I'm not sure where the SlidesLive links are for all the TACL papers are posted though.
