Can't click on language selection button on mobile view.

## Bug environment

## Describe how you are producing the bug step by step

1. Go to #1195
2. Click on language selection button
4. Bug appears

### However
It works once after the user opens a drawer. So it should be a z-index issue.

## Expected Behaviour
User should be able to click on the language selection button whenever he/she wants without any issue.
It should be bind with other windows.
