bug: Overlapped markers ids should be shown on the drawer

## Bug Definition
Currently overllapping markers are shown as one marker and there is no id information of the overlapped one on the drawer.
This issue was fixed on the old version and we have to fix it for this one as well.

## Bug environment
rc.afetharita.com

## Describe how you are producing the bug step by step

1. Go to rc.afetharita.com
2. Find overlapping markers
3. Click on the marker

## Expected Behaviour
Should show overlapped and overlapping IDs on the drawer.

**This issue is not OS/Browser/Version related. It is a code logic error.**
