Test API filters

All api list endpoint have filtering: Write tests for filter, range and sort parameters

Locate the API list endpoints and the repository's existing test structure first. Run the current test suite, then add coverage for filter, range, and sort parameters across all list endpoints named by the issue. Done means those parameter behaviors are tested and the full suite passes.
