Audit the 53 diseases against the older abstract dataset

For each disease, IT should determine whether the records:
o exist but were not migrated;
o are attached to an alias rather than the canonical disease;
o use an unrecognized CBD/THC ligand name;
o were filtered out during conclusion extraction;
o or genuinely contain no CBD/THC evidence.

No files, tests, or commands are referenced in the issue. Start by locating the older abstract dataset and current migrated disease records in the project’s data sources, then identify where alias mappings, CBD/THC ligand lists, and conclusion-filter logic are defined. For each of the 53 diseases, compare these sources and classify each entry into one of the five listed outcomes. Done when a complete per-disease audit mapping is produced and discrepancies are documented.
