Add filter and search functionality in tables

Currently we only have search field and I want to add filtering system to get the data easily.
And currently the search fields has no functionality yet.

No files or tests are named in the issue. Start by locating the Vue table/search UI component and tracing where the table’s row data is sourced and rendered. Add filtering and search behavior in that same flow so input values constrain the displayed rows. The issue is done when the search/filter controls visibly change table results as expected and the existing table behavior remains working.
