[MVP2] feat: componente: modificar status de progresso do exercício no exercício

## Seleção de Status
- (pendente protótipo) Ao abrir exercício, aluna visualiza seletor de status
- Por padrão seletor de status vem com o valor 'Pendente', quando não existir histórico anterior
- Após finalização do exercício, aluna deve poder selecionar 'Concluído'
- Caso não concluído, a aluna pode selecionar 'Em Andamento'
- Caso sinta remorso, por não ter feito nada, pode voltar para 'Pendente'

Review dependency #114 first, then locate the exercise component and its existing progress-history handling. The work is done when the exercise shows the status selector, defaults to “Pendente” without prior history, and supports changing among “Pendente”, “Em Andamento”, and “Concluído” according to the listed criteria.
