説明
[rspec-questionwriter](https://github.com/ace-lab/rspec-questionwriter) should be phased out in favor of fppGen. This means:
- the [rspec autograder](https://github.com/ace-lab/pl-ruby-rspec-autograders/tree/main/rspec) needs to be added to the collection of auto-grader handlers in fppGen
- some plumbing between region loading and html generation needs to get cleaned up
