Update with pointers to CV generators

While there have been some requests for CV generators to be built into the template, it does seem to introduce a number of moving parts that go against the design philosophy of the template being as simple to use as possible. As such, limiting the template to the sample Markdown page along with a pointer for where to generate PDF versions seems like an approach that is more inline with a low maintenance website. This will require removing some of the logic related to rendering JSON formatted CVs.
