Add tags and categories to `blog-post` briefing

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Add tags to the post shown under `year-achive`, which is the `blog-post` section. Since I find it will be useful to show the tags or categories at this page, otherwise users may need to click into your blog then choose which tag or category they want to see.

Currently I don't know which part of code I should change. Having no idea about that.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I think there will be no alternative except that we change the basic HTML file.
