Sub-templates are not used

Hi there,

Release[10.0.2](https://github.com/acacode/swagger-typescript-api/pull/419/) introduced sub templates for enums interfaces and types. However, it appears that the inclusion of these sub templates in the [data-contracts.ejs](https://github.com/acacode/swagger-typescript-api/pull/419/commits/13221be845bc470e1a12e0924a11556b9dd5961b#diff-964ad482f6b6fc2ccbfca4784f597170ceaa15acc66f53e3e445e83b18f3c337) file was initially added but later [overwritten](https://github.com/acacode/swagger-typescript-api/pull/419/commits/edf50448d9ee51137b51fe2e9bb85b712eb86e50) in the same PR. Consequently, it seems that the sub templates are no longer utilized in the overall codebase.

I'm curious if there was a specific reason behind this.
