`node-fetch-h2` not installed

This package imports a dependency - `node-fetch-h2` - but it is not installed by this package, at least directly. This causes the import to fail for PNPM because of its strictness regarding access to subdependencies.

The error I see is this:

Error: Cannot find module 'node-fetch-h2'
```

The solution is either to use `node-fetch` instead (which **is** declared as a dependency) or include `node-fetch-h2` in the dependencies.
