feat: search for jobs with appropriate tech stack

- in settings, the user should be able to set their own preferred languages / skills (python, js, etc.)
- openclaw can search the web for jobs based on these preferences, narrowing down the optimal process

Look for user settings management and web search functionality in the codebase. Start by examining the CLI or web app structure to understand how preferences are stored and used. Then, find where job search logic would be implemented, likely involving external APIs. The goal is to integrate user-set tech stacks into a job search process.
