Merging of WLEAPP, cLEAPP, and lLEAPP into DLEAPP

On the LEAPPs website, the abandoned WLEAPP is not mentioned, and the project itself is very abandoned. Same can be said for the external cLEAPP (ChromeOS) and lLEAPP (Linux) projects. Given the extremely similar scope, I don't think it would be a bad idea to LAVAify and merge all artifacts to this project given it's scope, which also includes the old, forgotten drone DLEAPP that never even got a single artifact, and also prepopulates the project with a good selection of basic artifacts. The cLEAPP plugins that are for Android apps can go to ALEAPP instead, and there would be a need to clarify if macOS apps are in DLEAPP's scope or iLEAPP's scope or if both are fighting over the same scope.
