POST: Rapid increase in Source Available and AI-related licenses

We are seeing a significant increase in the number of new Source Available and AI-related licenses.
- Source Available licenses are not open source, but they are open source adjacent so detecting them accurately is important to avoid faux-open source. There is also a proliferation of so-called "additional use grants" for the Business Source License.
- AI-related licenses introduce new terminology and concepts that make it difficult to determine quickly how open they actually are.

With the sliding scale from open source to closed proprietary licenses it is also becoming more important to detect and report proprietary licenses.

In any case it is essential to detect these proliferating licenses in the wild - license scanning tools need to work beyond open source licenses to include most public licenses.
