WWW: Create About top level page?

The About section of the website now has 7 pages / menu items:
- Contribute
- Events
- Meetings
- News
- Releases
- Standards
- Thank you

but there is no page at the top level- About. For Getting Started we do have a Getting Started page that provides an introduction to the Getting Started content. It seems logical to create an About page to explain what "AboutCode" means/is. Some draft content:

The AboutCode community designs, develops, and sustains an open source ecosystem of interoperable tools, accurate data, and practical standards to enable organizations of any size to identify open source or other third-party software, automate license compliance, and improve software supply chain security.

AboutCode as an organization comprises:
- **AboutCode Europe ASBL**: a European non-profit that is the legal entity behind AboutCode. AboutCode Europe actively proposes and manages grants to maintain and enhance the AboutCode open source ecosystem.
- [aboutcode.org](https://github.com/aboutcode-org): the GitHub organization that owns and manages AboutCode project repositories.
