We should have a way for folks to subscribe to an announce mailing lists/news letter and possibly a few more mailing lists.
Some tools:
- [ ] groups.io, limited free tier, scales based on members, not open source
- [ ] https://github.com/pentacent/keila open source with a saas offering
- [ ] hosted mailman? https://www.mailmanhost.com/ ?
